Biography
Alejandro Vidal Segura brings seven years of transaction advisory experience with a strong specialisation in financial due diligence and advanced financial modeling. Before joining BMC in 2021, he worked in the Transaction Advisory Services practice of a Big Four firm, supporting private equity funds and corporates on both buy-side and sell-side mandates across a range of sectors.
At BMC he focuses primarily on financial due diligence for PE-backed transactions. His work covers quality of earnings analysis, working capital structure review, contingent liability identification, and assessment of the sustainability of historical margins. He has built valuation models for over 40 companies across technology, healthcare, and industrial sectors, applying DCF methodologies, listed comparable and precedent transaction analysis, and multi-tranche LBO models.
His profile combines the quantitative rigour of his academic and professional background with a practical ability to translate analytical findings into clear, decision-ready conclusions for investors. He works in close coordination with the firm’s legal and tax teams to produce integrated reports that give clients a complete picture of risk before they commit to a binding offer.
