Biography
Elena Ruiz Navarro brings over 10 years of M&A advisory experience and leads BMC’s mid-market transaction mandates. She joined the firm in 2018 from a mid-market investment bank where she executed deals across industrial and consumer sectors, gaining full-cycle exposure from process preparation through to closing and execution of definitive agreements.
At BMC she leads sell-side and buy-side mandates for companies with enterprise values between EUR 10 million and EUR 80 million. Her methodology combines rigorous financial analysis with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams under the tight timelines that competitive processes demand: teaser and information memorandum preparation, due diligence coordination, SPA negotiation, and data room management. Across her career she has closed over 25 transactions spanning industrial manufacturing, food and beverage, logistics, and business services.
A defining strength is her ability to keep vendor clients focused and confident during the most pressured moments of a process, maintaining deadline discipline without compromising on work quality. She also leads carve-out projects where BMC advises the selling party, structuring the separation of assets and contracts prior to transfer. Her post-merger integration experience extends the firm’s end-to-end offering on more complex transactions where alignment between Day 1 readiness and long-term value capture is critical.
