Biography

Isabel has been with BMC for eight years, having joined in 2018, making her one of the longest-serving members of the firm. She manages office operations: scheduling for partners and directors, coordinating client visits, arranging travel, managing service providers, and handling logistics for internal and external events.

She is the first point of contact for anyone who calls or visits the firm, and she represents BMC’s image in every interaction. Her ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities, combined with her professional and approachable manner, means that both clients and the internal team turn to her to resolve any operational issue.

Over these years she has developed a deep understanding of how the firm works, which allows her to anticipate needs, prioritise correctly, and act autonomously in situations that require quick decisions. She knows the working rhythms of each area, the peak periods — income tax campaigns, corporation tax close, audit processes — and adapts office management to those variations so that the technical team always has the conditions it needs to work efficiently.

She has coordinated the logistics of seminars and client events organised by BMC, managing everything from venue selection and booking through to registration management and room materials. She also oversees relationships with the service providers critical to the firm’s operations: telecoms systems, technology maintenance, courier services, and materials procurement.

Her qualification as a Senior Technician in Management Support provides a specific technical foundation for the role, complemented by eight years of practical experience that is difficult to acquire in any classroom. She speaks Spanish and English. Her role is fundamental in allowing the advisory teams to concentrate on technical client work without operational matters interfering with their schedules.
